We want to provide our Users with a guarantee of safe use of our Store, which is why we have created the Privacy Policy of manyhugs.eu. We do not sell or share with third parties any personal data of the Customers of manyhugs.eu Internet Store, and we will not conduct such activities in the future.

I.Definitions

Administrator – Noel Paweł Wojdak company, which provides services by electronic means and stores and accesses information in User’s devices.
Cookies- means computer data, in particular small text files, recorded and stored on devices through which the User accesses websites of the Service.
Cookies of the Administrator – means cookies placed by the Administrator, which are related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Website.
External Cookies- means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners, through the website of the Service.
Website – means a website or application under which the Administrator operates an Internet service, operating in the domain manyhugs.eu.
Device – means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.
User – means an entity to whom, in accordance with the Terms of Use and legal regulations, electronic services can be provided or with whom an agreement for electronic services can be concluded.

II. Legal basis

Client’s personal data are processed in accordance with the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219), and the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922), and in accordance with Art. 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (RODO). 
While using the Website, the User may be asked to provide personal information when completing a registration form as well as when placing an order. The requested data includes name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in the case of registering an Account and concluding a sales agreement
The User has the right to access the content of his personal data, the right to correct it and the right to delete it, as well as, in cases provided by law, to demand that processing of his personal data be discontinued. Access to the content of their personal data is possible after logging into the Account, as well as on the basis of the request, which the User sends via e-mail to the address: sklep@manyhugs.eu.

III. Types of Cookies used

Cookies used by the Website are safe for User’s device.

In particular, this way it is not possible to get into the Device Users viruses or other unwanted software or malware. Cookies allow you to identify the software used by the User and customize the Service individually for each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain they come from, the time they are stored on the Device and the value assigned to them.

The Website uses two types of cookies:

Session cookies – are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the session of the given browser. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
Persistent cookies – are stored on the User Device and remain there until deleted. Ending the session of the browser or switching off the Device does not delete them from the User Device. The mechanism of persistent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User Device.
You have the ability to restrict or disable access of cookies to your Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

IV. Purposes for which Cookies are used

The Administrator uses its own Cookies for the following purposes:

Adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Website
Recognition of the Service User’s device and its location and appropriate display of the Service Site, adjusted to its individual needs
Remembering User’s selected settings and personalizing User’s interface, e.g. with respect to the chosen language or region of origin of the User

Authenticating the User on the site and ensuring the User’s session on the site:

Maintaining User session (after logging into Customer Account), thanks to which a User does not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage of the Service
Correct configuration of selected functions of the Service, enabling in particular verification of authenticity of a browser session
Optimization and increase of efficiency of the services provided by the Administrator.

Implementation of processes necessary for full functionality of websites:

adapting the Website content to User preferences and optimizing the use of the Website. In particular, these files allow for recognition of basic parameters of the User’s Device and appropriate display of the Website, adapted to its individual needs,
correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the source of redirection of Users to the Website.

Remembering the User’s location – correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular adjustment of the information provided to the User with regard to his/her location.

Analyses, research and audience audit – creation of anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Website, which enables improvement of its structure and content.

Provision of advertising services – adjustment of advertisements presented via the Website of services and products of third parties;

Ensuring security and reliability of the Website.

Remembering the User’s location – correct configuration of selected functions of the Website, enabling in particular adjustment of the information provided to the User with regard to his/her location.

Analyses, research and audience audit – creation of anonymous statistics that help understand how Users use the Website, which enables improvement of its structure and content.

Provision of advertising services – adjustment of advertisements presented via the Website of services and products of third parties;

Ensuring security and reliability of the Website.

The service administrator uses external cookies for the following purposes

use of interactive functions in order to popularize the Service by means of social networking services: plus.google.com [administrator of cookies: Google Inc: Facebook Inc. based in the USA or Facebook Ireland based in Ireland], com [administrator of cookies: Twitter Inc. based in the USA], nk.pl [administrator of cookies: Nasza Klasa Sp. z o.o. based in Wrocław], LinkedIn.com [administrator of cookies: LinkedIn Ireland Limited based in Ireland].

 

Possibilities of defining the conditions for storing or accessing Cookies

You can independently and at any time change the settings for cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by cookies to the User Device. Changing the settings referred to in the previous sentence, you can make using the settings of your web browser or by using the configuration of the service. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of your web browser or inform on their placement on your device each time. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of using cookies are available in the software settings (web browser). User can at any time delete Cookies using available functions in the web browser he uses. Restricting the use of cookies may affect some of the functionality available on the Website.

The Administrator of your personal data is Noel Paweł Wojdak with its registered seat in Warsaw, entered into the Central Register of Business Activity and Information under NIP No. 729 25 95 882.

The processing of your personal data will be carried out pursuant to Article 6 of RODO and for marketing purposes the Administrator invokes its legitimate interest, which is the collection of statistical data and analysis of website traffic.

Providing personal data on the manyhugs.eu website is voluntary. The basis for data processing is your consent. You have influence on your Internet browser and its settings. Recipients of personal data may include Google, Facebook, Call Page, Tawk. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by changing the settings in your browser. Personal data will be processed and stored depending on the period of use of the technology. You have the right to request the Administrator to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority. Profiling is used in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Pixel. If you object to profiling, please optimize your browser accordingly.

Your personal data will be stored for a period of 30 days to 5 years until you use the marketing opportunities and data analysis needed to conduct your business.

You have the right to access the content of your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure, as well as the right to limit their processing / the right to withdraw consent, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority if, in your opinion, the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the EU Regulation RODO.
